(Chairman of the Board) Paul graduated from Wesleyan University in Connecticut in 1982 with three degrees: English, History, and Dance Performance Studies. He continued study with a sabbatical at Cambridge University, England.
Paul has enjoyed strong ties to the worldwide art community throughout his lifetime, with an early career as a professional dancer at such renowned companies as Twyla Tharp. Over the years, Paul developed a keen sense for design and interiors. He has further augmented his real estate career with residential design consultation for many of the clients he represents as buyers and sellers. In addition he remains fully committed to making the arts, in all its forms, a relevant part of his design and property representation.
Since the inception of The Agency, as a founding partner of the company almost four years ago, he has spearheaded the curation of both the Brentwood and the Beverly Hills offices of The Agency with rotating art exhibits focusing on both local and international artists in all mediums.
Paul’s real estate career began over 14 years ago in Beverly Hills, and almost immediately he became recognized as one of the top influencers and producers in Los Angeles.
Having lived in London, Zurich and NYC before moving to LA, his client base has always been multinational. Paul represents many of the most important financial, high profile, and celebrity clients and homes in Southern California. Initially starting his career at the premier boutique offices of Sotheby’s, Beverly Hills, Paul continued that bespoke atmosphere at Westside Estate Agency along with his partner Aileen Comora, establishing record sales in markets all across the city.
As a founding partner at The Agency, Paul represents many of the most exclusive properties (and international clients) in the world, both on and off the market. Because of his distinct attention to detail and his discretionary manner, he is often sought out specifically to help broker the higher profile clientele, especially in deals that are off market.
Some of his noteworthy international off market sales include a Montpelier Square Corner Row house, Knightsbridge, London, Sherry Netherlands full floor penthouse NYC, Westmount central city mansion Montreal Canada, and a Country estate on Lac Tremblant, Canada. Notable sales in Los Angeles have included The Ahmanson Estate in Hancock Park, off market homes in Bel Air, Holmby Hills, and Beverly Park, and the Marmont Manor, a property of four acres in the Sunset strip.
While Paul has spent time working and living in almost every continent of the world, he now resides full time in Los Angeles. His practice is diligent, honest, straightforward and energetic, and it has won him many repeat clients.
