BODYTRAFFIC is proud to announce an exciting, upcoming collaboration with Los Angeles-based choreographer Micaela Taylor, founder of the TL Collective and former BODYTRAFFIC company member in 2015/2016.
Taylor, whose TL Collective was proclaimed one of this year’s “discoveries” by The New York Times, returns to her BODYTRAFFIC roots – this time as a breakout choreographer. Taylor’s original piece for the company will embody her signature style: an inventive fusion of contemporary dance and theatrical hip-hop.
As part of BODYTRAFFIC’s central mission, the company is committed to engaging rising talent within the burgeoning LA dance scene, and Taylor has proven to be a sensational addition to the artistic community.
